Because we purchase bulk quantities straight from the manufacturer we're able to significantly lower the unit cost to you by avoiding the massive mark-ups the stores have. We encourage you to compare what you receive for $29.99 with what you would pay for similar items at your local store or head shop.
Who can Join MonthlyStash? Anyone in the United States of America who is 21 years of age or older can join. All of our products are intended for tobacco use only.
Why would I use MonthlyStash? If you want to maintain a certain image or reputation, take your privacy seriously, use the best products that are fun and effective, discover new ways to enjoy your hobby or medicine, and save a ton of money at the same time, then MonthlyStash might be right for you.
When will I receive my Stash? We ship each Stash on the 4th of every month.
Does my subscription auto-renew? Yes, all plans (except for Gift orders) will auto-renew automatically on the plan terms (month-to-month, every three months, every six months)
Can I pick what's inside a Stash? We do our best to provide the items you need plus some things you may not have experienced yet. This makes every MonthlyStash a fun surprise. By providing feedback after each delivery we'll adjust your MonthlyStash to meet your needs.

What is your cancellation policy? If you're not happy you can cancel anytime from your account page.
What is your refund policy? If you are not satisfied with the contents of your box you may request a refund as long as the contents are not used and the box is returned to us with all it's contents. You have 48 hours from the day of delivery to request a refund by contacting [email protected]
What happens if something is broken? We replace all items that arrive broken with photo evidence of the breakage to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the box.
